Why employers should offer sick leaves?

This is a common question and many employers believe that sick leaves lead to loss. The first point is loyalty, when you support your employee in his times of need they will trust you and will be motivated to work even harder with loyalty. The second reason is that if you don’t give leave to a sick employee, he will have to come to the office and that can lead to spreading of the sickness.
