Agoraphobia is a forms of anxiety which a double problemed. Since most anxiety specialists only see you face to agce, you have to go outside to get to them? I talked with several therapists and all said they only saw people in person at their clinics, what good is that to me! I was searching for anxiety treatment near me.

In fact, I don’t know anyone who has not suffered from Agoraphobia. A large percentage of the world’s population is affected, whether they are in China, Japan, Russia, Belgium, Turkey or India. How do I know they are not all faking it? My gut tells me that in fact they are suffering from agoraphobia, but their self love is so very great that they do not want to leave their home or office.

In any case, the first thing to do is identify if you have Agoraphobia. There are numerous online tools that will do just that. Agoraphobia is a type of anxiety that can manifest itself in many different ways. You may be anxious about going to public places, such as shopping malls, restaurants, libraries, train stations and airports, because you may fear that you may panic. You may also get anxious when you go to your car or house, because you may feel that you may lose it.

How do I know? Because my brain has programmed me that way. However, when I’m alone, no matter how busy I am, my anxiety does not kick in.

When it’s in my office (because I’m surrounded by technology) I’m not so scared. When I’m shopping, my anxiety does not kick in at all. Yet, when I’m alone, I get very anxious. The worst part is, I can get so anxious that I become panic attacks. Panic attacks make me lose control. I become unable to speak, unable to move and unable to breathe.

 The sad part is, it doesn’t take long before I remember why I avoid my home and office. I keep thinking that once I go out, I’ll have to face my panic. I think that once I go out, I’ll be forced to face all the emotions that I keep repressing. That’s why I do what I do. I do the rituals, I do the hiding, but deep inside I’m afraid that something will happen to me and I won’t be able to live like before. That’s why I do the irrational things that I do.

Sometimes I can look at myself in the mirror and be extremely self-conscious and uncomfortable. I’m afraid that people will see me and be disgusted. That’s why I hide. I’m afraid that people will find out the things that I do and they’ll hate me.

I am a hypocrite. I’m ashamed of the things that I do and I hide them from the people around me, but I’m ashamed of the things that I hide. That’s why I hide them. Because I’m ashamed of them. I’m ashamed of the fact that I do what I do. I’m ashamed of the fact that I’m sick, even though I’m not.

I’m a hypocrite. I’m ashamed of the sickness in me, but I’m ashamed of my accomplishments and the things that I’m proud of. I’m ashamed of the fact that I can’t help the way I am.

 I’m afraid that I’m a hypocrite. I’m afraid of what I’m afraid of. I’m afraid of the knowledge of what I’m afraid of, and I’m afraid of the knowledge of what I’m proud of. I’m afraid of the knowledge of being afraid, and of being proud.

I’m afraid that I’ve been given a gift. It’s an opportunity to live, a chance to be free, a chance to have a new life, a chance to be whole, a chance to put an end to the pain. To live without fear, without shame, without the constant awareness that we are sick and broken, to live with the knowledge that we have the power to be whole, to heal our sick minds and sick souls. We have a new life. We can be happy again.
